COURSE OVERVIEW

This course provides guidance on troubleshooting common wireless issues using ExtremeCloud IQ – Controller. It also provides tips and tricks on troubleshooting common errors within ExtremeCloud IQ – Controller such as API errors, or issues with applications.

This course is intended for network administrators, wireless engineers, and IT professionals responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting ExtremeCloud IQ – Controller environments, with a focus on diagnosing and troubleshooting connectivity, client, and application issues.

MANDATORY PREREQUISITE

You should already possess a learning credential for ExtremeCloud IQ – Controller – Installation and Configuration.
