COURSE OUTLINE

During this lab assessment, candidates will be required to demonstrate practical skills across key areas of Extreme Fabric operations and troubleshooting.

The assessment is based on real-world scenarios and may include tasks such as:

• Fabric configuration and validation
• VLAN and service provisioning within Fabric environments
• Troubleshooting connectivity and Fabric-related issues
• Verification of control plane and data plane operations
• Basic operational tasks using CLI and Fabric tools

Candidates are expected to work independently and apply best practices to complete all assigned tasks within the allocated time.

OVERVIEW

The Extreme Networks Certified Administrator in Extreme Fabric Lab is a practical assessment designed to validate the hands-on skills developed during the Extreme Fabric Installation and Configuration and Extreme Fabric Troubleshooting classes.

This lab assessment is intended for students who want to demonstrate their operational knowledge and practical ability in a proctored environment, working directly with tasks based on real lab scenarios.

DELIVERY

This is a half-day assessment delivered as an Instructor Led Lab. On the day of the assessment, students will have approximately 4 hours to complete the required proctored lab exercises without assistance.

At the end of the session, the assessor will review and mark the completed assessment. Upon passing, the candidate will achieve the status of Extreme Networks Certified Administrator in Extreme Fabric.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This assessment is intended for students who have completed the required training in Extreme Fabric and want to validate their practical lab skills through an official hands-on certification assessment.

PRE-REQUISITES

Students must have achieved the badges for Extreme Fabric Installation and Configuration and Extreme Fabric Troubleshooting before taking this assessment.
