COURSE OVERVIEW

This intensive bootcamp is designed to take students through the full deployment lifecycle of Extreme Networks Fabric Connect, from initial design to advanced implementation and troubleshooting.

Students will learn modern automation features such as auto-sense ports and self-forming fabric, while gaining hands-on experience onboarding devices into both ExtremeCloud IQ and ExtremeCloud IQ – Site Engine environments.

The course also covers advanced integrations including SPBM with external protocols, Distributed Virtual Routing (DvR), and Fabric Extend technologies such as Fabric over SD-WAN.

Training is heavily lab-focused using VSP 8400, Universal Hardware 5520 and EXOS platforms.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This bootcamp is designed for experienced network engineers, administrators and integrators responsible for deployment, management, architecture and troubleshooting of Extreme Networks Fabric environments.

MANDATORY PREREQUISITE

Students must have solid networking knowledge, including switching, routing and TCP/IP concepts. Prior hands-on experience with Extreme solutions is strongly recommended.

All participants must complete the pre-work before attending. This is a fast-paced, intensive training and is not suitable for beginners.
